About Sue
I know what it's like to keep going
For over three decades I've been leading teams in high-stakes corporate environments. I know what it costs to keep going when you're running on empty, and I know how easy it is to stop noticing how you actually feel. I lived in my head constantly thinking, planning, and striving for the next achievement. Underneath the confidence was often pressure, self-doubt, and an inability to truly switch off.
I didn't start Feel First Breathe because I read a book about breathwork and thought it sounded nice. I started it because I lived it, the decades in the pressure cooker. I know what stress does to a person, what it costs personally and not from a textbook, but from experience. I know what it's like to keep going even when your body is telling you to stop.
What began as curiosity for me to find a different way of living became a powerful personal journey. Training and becoming a certified breathwork practitioner with Inspirational Breathing gave me firsthand experience on the positive impact of reconnecting with my breath and body, and how this changed the way I responded to stress, pressure, and the demands of everyday life. The shift from thinking to feeling became the heart of my transformation. That's why I do this. I want to help others find a way through.
Breathwork is where we start. But what I'm really helping you build is resilience, the ability to handle pressure without breaking, to recover without collapsing, and to keep going without running on empty. And beyond that, I'm helping you create the life you actually want. Not the one you ended up with by default. The one you'd choose if you had the tools and the space to choose it.
My approach is calm, supportive, and honest. I won't promise magic. I'll simply meet you where you are.
